I am going to compare Farenheit 451 to the song "In the Year 2525. The song "In the Year 25252" talks about the future. Farenheit 451 takes place in a futuristic world. The song says that in the future people are going to take many pills. This happens in the book when Mildred overdoses on sleeping pills. When the song says,  "nobody is going to look at you," it relates to the book because nobody cares what others are doing. Everybody in the society in Farenheit 451 just watching TV. Both the song and book have ideas that are relevant to present day society.

In the song and book talk about how machines do everything. The part in the book when mildred overdoses on drugs a machine fixes the problem. The song says "your arms hanging limp at you sides, your legs got nothing to do, some machines doing  that for you." The book had the idea of earbuds The priorities of some people in present day society have the same priorities as people in Farenheit 451. Many people one of there bigest priorities is watching TV, and people in Farenheit 451 have TV as there bigest society. Mildred never takes out her

The song and book both give us warnings. The book takes place in a terible society. The society could be our society in a couple years if we do not change. The song "In the year 2525," talks about how the world would end because we would use up all of our resources. They both the song and book give us warnings. We learned that we need to save our resources. The book's society is a world full of war so we should try and make peace.
